Bob Valentine - Plumbing manager/owner
Bob Valentine is co-owner of Valentine Inc. In 1973 he joined his father Lee in the plumbing business. Bob’s role is plumbing sales, bidding, and production. He coordinates and streamlines the workday, speaks with employees, troubleshoots issues employees may have throughout the day, speaks directly with customers and makes sure materials needed are available.
Deb Valentine - Co-owner
Deb Valentine is co-owner of Valentine Inc. She began her career with Valentine in 1986. Her primary role is office administration and financial officer. You will find her in the office answering phones, assisting in finances, and marketing.
Bruce Diedrick - HVAC Manager
Bruce Diedrick’s primary role is HVAC sales, bidding, and production. His knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry is beneficial to every customer he meets. You will find Bruce in the office receiving calls, bidding jobs, fabricating materials, coordinating jobs, and troubleshooting any questions our techs have.
Bruce Eggert - Septic manager
Bruce Eggert’s role includes septic sales, bidding, and heavy equipment production. He works closely with Bob Valentine coordinating jobs and various county inspectors to ensure proper code is followed and installation inspections are met. You will find Bruce on sites running the backhoe, cat, skid steer, dump truck, and installing septic systems.
Randy Hill - Lead Service Tech
Randy Hill is our primary service tech. Down systems, annual maintenance, product information; Randy has the answer. You will find Randy bidding commercial sales and servicing customers. His efficiency and experience enables him to troubleshoot most any situation quickly. Randy will discuss with you what the trouble is, what it will cost and perform the repair in timely fashion to keep your costs to a minimum.
Shelley Nytes - Reception/clerical
Shelley Nytes is in charge of office administration. Shelley started her career at Valentine’s in 1993 and is knowledgable in all departments. Shelley answers phones, bills jobs, provides customer support and schedules service for our customers.
